Hi! my name is Onno Groen. I’m a freelance multimedia designer in Arnhem, the Netherlands. I love designing websites and in particular online communities.

As a cum laude graduate in Communication & Multimedia design I try to look at the big picture around websites and online communities. What brings people together on a website and how can you increase online participation and interaction.

My work consists mostly of designing places where people can get together online. Social Media plays a big roll, particularly the way people communicate on a website and share it across the internet.

I started my online career in 2004 when I began as a freelancer to work my way trough the University of Applied Sciences.
