With over 15 years experience,  Billy has developed sites for the likes of the BBC, The Royal Geographic Society and many other government led initiatives.  He has also created websites for private businesses and individuals. 

His first port of call for all things CMS is Expression Engine, failing that if a total bespoke solution is required then CodeIgniter is his PHP framework of choice.
